Refunds or exchanges are only allowed, if your product is received damaged (cracked bottle/container, or broken seal.)
If you suspect your order may have been tampered with during shipping, it is advised to video/record the opening of your product to submit as proof.
To protect the company against false claims and unwarranted production cost, if you cannot show that your product was damaged outside of your negligence, a refund or new product issuance will not be permitted.
*For the sake of health and sanitization, you cannot return this product once opened and used. *
